BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
The Buckinghamshire County Council Public Footpath around Statters Field, Parish of Little Chalfont Definitive Map Modification Order 2019 made on 25 November 2019, under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 was confirmed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on 11 October 2022.
The effect of the Order, as confirmed without modification, is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the footpath running from point A shown on the plan attached to the Order at TQ0022-9681 S for 96m to point B at TQ0021-9671 then NE for 35m to point C at TQ0024-9671 then SE for 91m to point D at TQ0028-9664 then SW for 12m to point E at TQ0028-9662 then SW for 94m to point F at TQ0019-9659 then NW for 59m to point G at TQ0014-9661 then SW for 122m to point H at TQ0002-9656 then NW for 58m to point I at TQ0000-9660 then NE for 231m to point B at TQ0021-9671 as shown by a bold broken line on the plan attached to the Order. The Order became operative on 11 October 2022 and if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity of the Order on the ground that it is not within the powers of Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 of the Act have not been complied with in relation to it, he or she may, within six weeks from 16 December 2022, make an application to the High Court under paragraph 12 of the said Schedule 15.
