The Fife Council (East Dunfermline Areas - 20 Mph Speed Limit) (Amendment) 2023

Fife Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce a 20 m.p.h. speed limit on all roads constructed or to be constructed within the Dover Heights housing development site. The Order will also have the effect of amending The Fife Council (East Dunfermline Areas - 20 m.p.h. Speed Limit) Order 2012.
