NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION
FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Land including South Oxfordshire Local Plan allocation STRAT 13 (excluding the eastern 'Sandhills' parcel).
Land promoted as Land North of Bayswater Brook (LNBB).
I give notice that Dorchester Residential Management and Christ Church Oxford are applying to South Oxfordshire District Council for a HYBRID planning permission for;
Outline planning permission for up to:
• 1,450 new dwellings (Class C3)
• 120 units of Assisted Living dwellings, with ancillary communal and care facilities (Class C2/C3)
• 560 sq.m of new community use buildings (Class F2)
• 500 sq.m of new commercial/business/service buildings/health provision (Class E)
• 2,600 sq.m of new Primary School (Class F1)
• Creation of areas of green infrastructure, including areas of open space, allotments, habitats, recreation facilities and public park areas
• Associated transport, parking, access, surface water and utility infrastructure works
Full planning permission for:
• Change of Use to Class E and associated refurbishment works to the Main Barn and 3no. curtilage barns at Wick Farm
• Change of Use to Class F1 and associated refurbishment works to the Wick Farm Well House building
• Erection of New Build Barn-style building (Class E)
• Erection of New Build building containing back-of-house facilities for the Main Barn-style building (Class E)
• Erection of New Build Community Space building (Class F2)
• Associated transport, parking associated with the local centre, access, and utility infrastructure works
• Demolition of identified buildings
• Associated landscaping, public realm and market garden
Listed Building Consent for
• Refurbishment works to the Main Barn and 3no. curtilage barns at Wick Farm
• Refurbishment works to the Wick Farm Well House building
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close Abingdon, OX14 3JE by 5th January 2023.
*"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals,
a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
