Proposed development at: Mount Pleasant Yard, White Street, Market Lavington, Wiltshire, Devizes SN10 4DR.
Take notice that application is being made by: Prestage Developments Ltd Mr Ian Brown.
For planning permission to: Outline planning application for the redevelopment of site including demolition of existing building and erection of 4 no. live/work units (Sui-Generis) and 1 no. bed and breakfast (Use Class C1) with Access and Layout to be determined and all other matters reserved.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Wiltshire Council, Development Services County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
