Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:

5 Chapel Road Tolleshunt D'arcy - Replacement outbuilding to rear of garden to provide gym and workspace incidental to use of main dwelling house. Ref No:22/01169/HOUSE


13 High Street Burnham-On-Crouch - Repairs to east flank wall including cladding in feather-edge board to match front wall. Ref No: 22/01185/HOUSE


47 North Street Maldon - Replace the front door and bathroom window to the front. Replace concrete block wall with brick to the front, repair brick wall to the side and erect a batten fence. Remove shrubs to the front and replace with brick wall. Remove full length windows and replace with timber boarding on the rear elevation and removal of door to the rear. Replace bathroom windows to the side elevation and install a roof light on the single storey flat roof to the side. The W/C to the front first floor to be converted to an additional bedroom/office.
