Over 65's additional winter fuel allowance applications

The Charity of Tom Woolgar was established in 1929. The Charity is in a position to give relief in the form of an additional winter fuel allowance to those in need, aged 65 or over and who reside in the area of the former Borough of Newport. If you feel that you may qualify for this support, please collect an application form from the Lord Louis Library. You can also apply for an application form by email to the Clerk -

The application form will need to be returned to Newport & Carisbrooke Community Council by Friday, 24th February 2023.
