Re: Edna May Entwisle Deceased Notice is given that all creditors and other having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of the deceased late of West Cottage, Gayle, Hawes, North Yorkshire, DL8 3RX who died on the 4th day of February 2013 Probate having been granted on the 8th day of April 2013 to Fred Entwisle the Executor named in it are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before 10th August 2013 after which the said Executor will proceed to distribute the estate having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them distributed to any person or persons whose claim or demands he then has not had notice DATED 7th day of June 2013 McGarry & Co Solicitors, 21 Galgate, Barnard Castle, Co Durham, DL12 8EQ.
