An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Asmin Food Ltd in respect of 15-15A Rodbourne Road, SWINDON SN2 2AG.
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: Sale of Alcohol OFF the premises and Late Night Refreshment between 12:00 and 01:00hrs Monday to Sunday.
The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday. Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/ businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 07/12/2022 and 04/01/2023. All representations must be made in writing (including e mail or fax), to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
