LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 Notice under Section 123(2A) of the Intended Disposal of Open Space Land NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the above-mentioned Act that Hampshire County Council the owner of the parcel of land described below which is held and maintained as open space (as designated in the Eastleigh Borough Council Local Plan 2016-2036) intends to dispose of the said land to Eastleigh Borough Council to the intent that the parcel of land shall continue to be used as open space.
