Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence Devendrakumar Doshi has made an application to Bolton Council for a new premises licence for: Vishnu's Convenience Store, 201 St George's Road, Bolton, BL1 2PG. The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises is: Sale by Retail of Alcohol (for consumption OFF the premises): Monday - Sunday: 07:00 - 22:00 Opening Hours: Monday - Sunday: 07:00 - 22:00.
The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, 1st floor, Bolton Town Hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. If you wish to inspect this application please contact the Licensing Team at licensing.unit@bolton.gov. uk and details of the application will be shared with you electronically. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 13th December 2022. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 10th January 2023. All representations must be made in writing and sent to the Licensing Team. This can be done electronically, the email address is provided above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
