For planning permission to: Erection of new buildings to provide residential accommodation (Class C3) and flexible commercial/community space (Class E and/or Class F2), with associated access, parking and landscaping arrangements, including the demolition of the existing telecommunications mast and re-provision of new telecommunications mast.
