For Planning Permission: Construction of additional storey to contain 19 residential units on the roof of the existing mill and installation of water tanks.
For Listed Building Consent: Listed Building Consent for construction of an additional storey to contain 19 residential units on the roof of the existing mill and installation of water tanks.

Notice is hereby given that Planning and Listed Building Consent applications to carry out the above works has been made to Wigan Council.
The Council considers that the works for planning permission would affect the setting of a Listed Building.
