Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Majestic Wine Warehouses Ltd has applied to St Albans City and District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Majestic Wine Warehouse, 31a High Street, Harpenden, AL5 2RU. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : 1. Supply of alcohol (off the premises only) and opening hours 08:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peter's Street, St Albans, AL1 3JE or by e-mail

no later than 5th January 2023 stating the grounds for representation.
