Proposed development at Land to the east of Longsight Lane, Harwood, Bolton, BL2 3JS. Notice is given that Oak Tree Developments Ltd is applying to Bolton Council for full planning permission for construction of 26 no. dwellings including affordable housing provision, associated parking, access, landscaping and drainage infrastructure.
