Temporary 40mph Speed Restriction B4066 Berkeley Bypass (Berkeley Town) Stroud District
Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, to temporarily restrict to a speed of 40mph, part of the B4066 Berkeley Bypass from its junction with Canonbury Street to its junction with Station Road for an approximate distance of 1060 metres.
The speed restriction is necessary to provide a safe working zone for the workforce installing cables in the carriageway. The road is expected to be restricted from the 2nd January 2023 until the 16th June 2023 or until the works have been completed. Temporary Closure Of 501455 Ashcroft Road (Kingscote And Ozleworth Parishes) Cotswold District
Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the relevant
provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to
temporarily close part of the 501455 Ashcroft Road from its junction with
Whiteway Hill to Black Quarry Hill to its junction with Lane through Bagpath
for a distance of approximately 1619 metres.
The reason for the closure is for the installation of Gigaclear.
The road is expected to be closed from the 3rd January 2023 until
10th January 2023 only or until the works have been completed, whichever

Notice of an application for the registration of land as a Town or Village Green
To every reputed owner, lessee, tenant or occupier of any part of the land described below, and to all others whom it may concern.
Application has been made to the Registration Authority, Gloucestershire County Council, Assistant Director of Legal Services, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2TG by Mr Tadeusz Stone on behalf of Purton Residents Association, under section 15(1) of the Commons Act 2006 and in accordance with the Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) (Interim Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2007. The application seeks the inclusion in the register of town and village greens of the land described in the Schedule below which is claimed to have qualified for registration as a town or village green based on at least 20 years continuous use prior to the date of the Application on 10th November 2021 by virtue of:
1. The Land has been used by the inhabitants of the locality of the Stroud District Council parish of Hinton for more than 20 years; and
2. Permission to perform these activities has never been sought or denied. The application, which includes a plan of the land proposed for registration, may be inspected at the following offices during normal opening hours: 1.Main Reception, Map Room, Shire Hall, Westgate Street,

Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the
41485 Whiteway Hill to Black Quarry Hill from its junction with Ashcroft Road
to approximately 90 metres west of the property known as Reform Lodge for
a total distance of approximately 3.6 kilometres.
The reason for the closure is for installation of the Gigaclear network
