(U51130 Chalford Drive, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of U51130 Chalford Drive from its junction with U51111 Cranham Drive to its junction with U51130 Rodborough Drive. Reason: Development works by Doocey Groundworks Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U51130 Rodborough Drive, U51125 Chedworth Drive, U51111 Cranham Drive and vice versa.

Reason: To provide safe working by Openreach.

highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to
be undertaken.
Alternative route: U47619 Abbotswood Road, C2100 Wadborough Road, B4084 Pershore Road, B4084 Worcester Road, C2109 Mill Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (22:00-08:00) Commencing: 7 January 2023.

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2027 Old Malvern Road from its junction with U62018 Powyke Court Close to its junction with C2027 Colletts Green Road . Reason: Drainage work/flood alleviation by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U62022 Old Malvern Road, A449 Malvern Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 9 January

Worcestershire County Council Highways Act 1980, Sections 25 Dedication Of Bridleway Wr-950 In The Parish Of Worcester City Public Footpath Creation Agreement 2022

Notice is hereby given that on 10th August 2022 Worcestershire County Council completed an Agreement, pursuant to Section 25 of the Highways Act 1980 ("the WR-950 Agreement"), with Worcester City Council by which dedicated Bridleway WR-950 in the Parish of Worcestershire to the public and that dedication accepted on behalf of the public.
The route of the footpath and details of its width is contained in the Agreement, a copy of which may be inspected at County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP and at the Hive, Sawmill Walk, the Butts, Worcester, WR13PB during normal office hours for a period of 28 days from the date of this notice. Copies of the Agreement and map may be purchased from County Hall at the price of £7.50.
Under Section 25, there is no right of objection. The Agreement came into effect on
10th August 2022.
