(Bridleway 67, (Luxborough Lane Footbridge), Buckhurst Hill, and Chigwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section S14(1) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996. Effect of the order: Further to a Notice on the 05 December 2022 Essex County Council has temporarily closed to all traffic under section S14(1) of The Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 (as amended) Bridleway 67, (Luxborough Lane Footbridge), Buckhurst Hill, and Chigwell, in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 33 metres southeast of the railway line, west/southwest for a distance of approximately 30 metres, and southeast for a distance of approximately 12 metres. For the entire length of the Footbridge, a total distance of approximately 45 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10 December 2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required to allow for repair works to be carried out on the Footbridge. The Order will come into effect on 10 December 2022 and may continue in force for six months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. This Order may be extended by the Secretary of State if an extension is required.

(High Street, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 70m northwest of its junction with The Granary for a distance of approximately 60m in a northerly then northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th January 2023 for 1 night (2130 - 0830) and then 1 night on 15th January 2023 (2130-0430), or where stated on a valid permit (KL737BGK-20-10-140123 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while railway maintenance works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via High Street, Harlow Road, Roydon Road, Elizabeth Way, A414 Between Northern Town Boundary and Burnt Mill Roundabout, Fifth Avenue, Eastwick Road, Roydon Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Low Hill Road, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Low Hill Road, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 205m southwest of its junction with Parkfields for a distance of approximately 105m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th January 2023 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06045793/AP - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water An alternative route is available via Low Hill Road, Epping Road, Reeves Lane, Hamlet Hill, Netherhall Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Ongar Road, Lambourne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ongar Road, Lambourne in the Epping Forest, from a point approximately 1230m east of its junction with Church Lane for a distance of approximately 90m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd January 2023 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06039840/AP - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water connection works are undertaken by Affinity
Water Alternative routes are available via:

1. A113, A128 - Brentwood Road, Ongar Road, A1023.

2. A12 M52 J28 Roundabout, A12, A123, Fullwell Cross Roundabout, A123, A113 and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22nd December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Pump Hill, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pump Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with York Hill to its junction with Queens Road a distance of approximately 105m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th January 2023 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ1141001194425 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Queens Road, York Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Tilegate Road, Magdalen Laver) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tilegate Road, Magdalen Laver in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Hastingwood Road to its junction with Threshers Bush a distance of approximately 1550m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th January 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2335389 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Greenman Road, Weald Bridge Road, Wind Hill, High Laver Road, Workers Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Alderton Hall Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Alderton Hall Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Alderton Hill to its junction with Alderton Rise a distance of approximately 70m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th January 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC7NGD3S01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Alderton Hill, Borders Lane, Deepdene Road, Bushfields, Alderton Hall Lane and vice versa.

(Epping Lane, Theydon Mount) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Epping Lane, Theydon Mount in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 200m northeast of its junction with Hobbs Cross Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30003911722 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Abridge Road, Ongar Road, Passingford Bridge Roundabout, London Road (with access only into Epping Lane) and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 8th December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Hillyfields, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hillyfields, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Rectory Lane to its junction with Hillcroft a distance of approximately 305m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2023 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2336117 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Hillyfields, Pyrles Lane, Rectory Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 8th December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
