NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 8 December 2022 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to City of York Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station, Foss Island Retail Park, Foss Island Road, York, YO31 7UL

The proposed licensable activities are-
1. The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 00.00 to 24.00 on Mondays to Sundays.
2. The provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00 to 05.00 on Mondays to Sundays.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- City of York Council, Licensing, Services, Hazel Court Eco Depot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS (email licensing@york.gov.uk) no later than the 5 January 2023 stating the grounds for representations.
