Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (As Amended) Rutland Park And Walm Lane
(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*
The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate sewer cleaning and associated works in Rutland Park and Walm Lane, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of:-
(a) Rutland Park, which lies between the south-eastern kerb-line of Walm Lane and a point 9.00 metres south-east of that kerb-line;
(b) Walm Lane, which lies between the north-eastern kerb-line of Willesden Lane and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 31 and 33 Walm Lane; when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.
The prohibitions referred in (a) and (b) to above would apply on 3rd January 2023 only. Works are expected to take place between the hours of 10.00 p.m. and 5.30 a.m.
Access to premises in or adjacent to Rutland Park and Walm Lane would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
