London Borough Of Tower Hamlets Licences For Special Treatment Newspaper Public Notice

Within seven days of applying for a licence a notice notifying the public of the application must be published in a local newspaper which circulates in the locality in which the premises are situated, and which is on sale at local newsagents.

Within fourteen days of the application being made one copy of the complete newspaper must be sent to Environmental Health and Trading Standards - Health and Safety Team London Borough of Tower Hamlets, 2nd Floor, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent London E14 2BG

Notice Is Given That Superdrug Stores PLC Has applied to the London Borough of Tower Hamlet for Cosmetic Piercing & Manicure Events Licence for the premises Ely's Yard, 15 Hanbury Street, London, E1 6QR

Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to David Tolley, Head of Environmental Health and Trading Standards, Environmental Health and Trading Standards, Place Directorate, 2nd Floor, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent, London, E14 2BG Within Three Weeks specifying the grounds of opposition. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a Committee of the Council.
