NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr Carl Doyle applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 28/11/22 for a licence to use the premises at Avanti Coffee House, 6 The Grove Promenade, Ilkley, LS29 8AF for the sale by retail of alcohol outdoors/takeaway proposed hours of operation 11.30 - 23:00 Mon-Sun.

Representations should be made in writing to Licensing Team, 3rd Floor Argus Chambers Bradford, BD1 1HX by by 26/12/22.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 16.30 Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
