Somerset County Council District of Somerset West and Taunton Parish of West Monkton Temporary Closure of Hyde Lane

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Hyde Lane - from the junction with Bridgwater Road, for a total distance of 1330 metres. This Order will enable Airband Community Internet Ltd to install poles, cables and cabinets. The Order becomes effective on 29th December 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 3rd January 2023 and last until 16th January 2023 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 14 days.
