Parish of Wellington Without Temporary Closure of Farthing Down

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Farthing Down - from the junction with Langford Budville Road, south westwards for a total distance of 214 metres. This Order will enable Openreach to lay new ducting. The Order becomes effective on 29th December 2022 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 6th January
