Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

We, Hamble Foods Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied to Fareham Borough Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: (Address) Papa John's, 128 West Street, PO16 0EP Winchester, Hampshire. The application is for: Late Night Refreshment, Monday to Sunday, 23:00 to 03:00. Date 28/11/2022

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Section, Fareham Borough Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 26th December 2022 i.e. within twenty-eight days of the date of this Notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment.

The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and may be published on the Council's website.
