Opening on 10th January 2023 at 10.00 At Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hants RG21 4AH REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Holly Gardiner of Wates Developments Ltd, relating to the application to Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council for: Outline planning permission (with all matters reserved except for access) for the demolition of one dwelling and erection of up to 140 dwellings and a community building of up to 250sqm under Use Class E, together with sports and leisure facilities at Land At Stocks Farm, The Street, Bramley, Hampshire An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
