Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.

WHERE & WHAT: Darby's Lane closed at its junction with Wimborne Road to all cyclists. Cyclists, please dismount and use footway
WHEN: Anticipated dates: from Monday 9 January to approx. 7 July 2023
WHY: For health & safety whilst construction works are undertaken by BCP Council
ACCESS: Full Emergency Service access will be maintained.

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
