Notice Under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission

This notice is served for the proposed development at THE MIRAGE 21 HARBOUR ROAD, PORTISHEAD BS20 7AJ.

Notice is given that FR Consultants Ltd on behalf of the Mirage (Port Marine) Management Company Ltd is applying to the North Somerset Council for planning permission to conduct works to replace all existing external wall insulated render system with new wall insulated render system; replace timber panelling, timber weatherboarding and timber louvres to Bottelino's restaurant at ground floor level with a new non-combustible timber effect material; replacement of all timber balcony decking with a new non-combustible timber effect material.

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Development Management, North Somerset Council, Development and Environment, Post Point 15, Town Hall, Weston-Super-Mare BS23 1UJ by 23rd December 2022.
'"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
