(Schools Streets) (Giffnock Primary School) (Prohibition of Vehicles) (Traffic Regulation) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 1 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers, the East Renfrewshire Council propose to make the above named Traffic Regulation Order to prohibit unauthorised vehicular access to Academy Road over its full length, from its junction with St Catharine's Road to Orchard Park, between 8:30am-9:30am & 2:30pm-3:30pm Monday to Friday during school terms.

A copy of the draft Order which will form the "The East Renfrewshire Council (Schools Streets) (Giffnock Primary School) (Prohibition of Vehicles) (Traffic Regulation) Order 20237 a Statement of Reason for proposing to make the Order and a location plan are available for inspection at the following location during business hours, except on public or local holidays.

All objections must be received by 15 January 2023 and must state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and  the grounds on which they are made.
