* NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential utility works Powys Lane Area, Tottenhall Road N13 & Bury Street N9 the Council of the London Borough of Enfield propose to make the Enfield (Powys Lane Dawlish Avenue Hawthorn Avenue Ashridge Gardens Cranford Avenue, Tottenhall Road N13 & Bury Street N9) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2022 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. The effect of the Order would be to temporarily restrict traffic in the streets specified in column 1 of the schedule to this notice, as and when directed by traffic signs:

2. The restrictions referred to in paragraph 2 above would not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services vehicles.

3. The restrictions would operate on a phased basis during the times and on the dates specified in column 2 of the Schedule and would continue until the works are completed.

4. Whilst the prohibitions are in force, for diverted vehicles would be as stated in column 3 in each case.
