Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 6 December 2022 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to London Borough of Bexley Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station, Deep Wharf Site, James Watt Way, Erith, Kent DA8 2AH. The proposed licensable activities are- 1. The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 06.00 to 24.00 on Mondays to Sundays. 2. The provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00 to 24.00 on Mondays to Sundays.
