Take notice that an application is being made by:
The Silvertown Partnership ('TSP') LLP
To the London Borough of Newham for:
'Construction of a new opening pedestrian and cycle bridge across Royal Victoria Dock; alterations to existing jetty including partial demolition and extension; provision of retail/exhibition uses on jetty; public realm and landscaping improvements; and associated works.'
Any owner* of the land or tenant" who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the London Borough of Newham at the address below:

"owner' means a person having a freehold Interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. "'tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
