NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Penelopes Restaurant Ltd has applied to London Borough of Bexley on 06 December 2022 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Penelopes at Beck Evans Farm Woollett Hall Farm Water Lane Sidcup Bexley DA14 5ET for the provision of the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday (on and off sales) 08:00 to 22:00, as more particularly set out in the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
