Notice is given that Meirav Rubin has applied to BCP Council for a Variation of the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to:

The following licensable activities will be provided:
extended the license hours, sale of alcohol, refreshments for consumption on the premises plus entertainment detailed in the application.
Also vary the premises license plan. Hours: 10:00 - 03:30 Days: 7.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
