Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD drwy hyn bod Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu gwneud gorchymyn wrth arfer ei bwerau dan adrannau 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101, 102 a 124 a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ("y Ddeddf) fel y'i diwygiwyd, darpariaethau Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 2004 ("Deddf2004"), a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill.

Bydd y gorchymyn yn diwygio ymhellach Orchymyn Cyngor Sir Penfro (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Llwytho a Mannau Parcio) (Cydgrynhoi) 2011 ac atodlenni a geir o'i fewn ac amrywiadau dilynol.

Effaith y cynigion fydd cyflwyno cyfyngiadau aros newydd, a diwygio a/neu ddirymu rhai cyfredol, ar yr hydoedd o ffyrdd a bennir yn yr atodlen iV hysbysiad hwn. NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council propose to make an Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 1,2,4,32,35,45,46,49,53,101,102,1 24 and part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act) as amended, the provisions of the Traffic Management Act 2004 ("the 2004 Act"), and of all other enabling powers.
is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council propose to make an Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 1,2,4,32,35,45,46,49,53,101,102,1 24 and part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act) as amended, the provisions of the Traffic Management Act 2004 ("the 2004 Act"), and of all other enabling powers.
The Order will further amend the "Pembrokeshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2011 and schedules contained therein and subsequent variations.
The effect of the proposals will be to introduce new, amend and/or revoke existing waiting restrictions on those lengths of road listed in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the draft order together with plans showing the locations of the restrictions and a statement of reason for proposing to make the Order can be viewed online at
