The above order was made on 7th November 2019. The effect of the order will be to add a Public Bridleway 132 which commences on Parkstone Heights next to The Topiary at NGR SZ 02988 92426 running to a point on Parkstone Heights NGR SZ 03202 92425.

for details. Copies of the Order and the map may be bought there at a price of £5 per Order. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent to Rights of Way, BCP Council Town Hall, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY or to

no later than 23rd January 2023, and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made.

Any correspondence received will be made available for public inspection. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order (or to any part of it), or if any so made are withdrawn, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for consideration, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
