Application For Surface Water Drainage Outfall

Notice is hereby given that South Tees Development Ltd. Teesside Airport Business Suite, Teesside International Airport, Darlington, DL2 1NJ has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to provide a new location for an existing surface water outfall by removing a 60m section of the existing estuarine bank. This area will be reprofiled to allow the tide to reach the new outfall, creating intertidal habitat.
