(B712 West Lodge, South of Broughton) (Temporary Closing) Order 2022

The Scottish Borders Council (B712 West Lodge, South of Broughton) (Temporary Closing) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 13 December 2022 and is expected to remain in effect until 16:00 on 17 December 2022 - 24 hour closure. The Order is required for BT works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B712 at West Lodge, south of Broughton. The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the A701, A72 and B712 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
