Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

East Lothian Council (Wallyford Industrial Estate) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2022 TO 475/22 East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable waiting restrictions at Wallyford Industrial Estate A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council's website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 9th December 2022 to Friday 20th January 2023.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order. Any objection must be in writing and must specify the grounds thereof and should be addressed to: Service manager, Legal and Procurement, John Muir House, Haddington, EH41 3HA or email legal@eastlothian.gov.uk
