NOTICE Is hereby given that Somerset County Council ("the council") Intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make a Revocation Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when It comes Into force will have the following effect-

Revoke the Somerset County Council (Footpath T 29/11 in the Parishes of Trull and Comeytrow) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2022 ("the previous order") prohibiting all traffic from proceeding for 600m of footpath T 29/11 made on 26 August 2022. This order has no other effect. 2.This Order comes into force on December 17 2022.
