Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following: 22/1967/HSE/AKA: Greenways House, Elstree Hill South, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3DE. Construction of outbuilding to front of dwelling. New boundary treatments to include front wall, hedging, and 2 gates. Changes to landscaping to include replacement of driveway treatment and installation of grass following demolition of existing double garage. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.

, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices. If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
