DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR
THE COUNTY OF WORCESTERSHIRE ADDITION
OF FOOTPATH AD-686, ASTLEY AND DUNLEY
AND DELETION OF FOOTPATH AD-521, ASTLEY AND DUNLEY MODIFICATION ORDER 2022
On 21st July 2022 the County Council Confirmed the above order without modification.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by:
Footpath AD-686 The length of footpath AD-686 in the parish of Astley and Dunley to be added has a width of 6 feet (1.83 metres) and commences at a stile off U64219 Burnthorne Lane at Ordnance Survey grid reference (OSGR) SO 7919 7004. The path proceeds in a south-east by easterly direction for 42 metres to terminate at the south-eastern side of a footbridge at OSGR SO 7922 7002.
Footpath AD-521 The length of footpath AD-521 in the parish of Astley and Dunley to be deleted commences at Ordnance Survey grid reference (OSGR) SO 7925 7002. The path proceeds in a southeast by southerly direction for 111 metres to terminate at a point on the A451 Stourport Road at OSGR SO 7931 6993.

The Order becomes operative on 21st July 2022 but if a person aggrieved by the Order-wants to question its validity, on the grounds that it is not within the power of Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 or that any requirements of Schedule 15 to the Act have not been complied with in relation to it, they may under paragraph 12 of the Schedule 15 to the Act, within 42 days from the date of publication of this Notice, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
