Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14, As Amended College Green, Upper Norwood Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate SGN gas disconnection works, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic in part of College Green.
2. Whilst the works are being carried out, College Green will be closed between the two vehicular entrances into Nos. 55 to 133 College Green.
3. During the closure access to properties will be maintained.
4. The Order will come into operation on the 12 December 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in approximately four days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restriction will not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate Openreach utility works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Bevan Court, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, Bevan Court will be closed from Nos. 1 to 5 Bevan Court to Nos. 9 to 13 Bevan Court (between a point 12 metres north-west of the cul-de-sac and a point 24.5 metres north-west of the cul-de-sac).
3. The Order will come into operation on the 04 January 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

Temporary Restriction Of Vehicular Traffic
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to replace a decayed telegraph pole on behalf of BT, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Coombe Lane, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, Coombe Lane will be closed between its junctions with the north-eastern and south-western access roads into Royal Russell School, Coombe Lane.
3. During the closure, the alternative route for traffic will be via Coombe Lane, Gravel Hill, Kent Gate Way, Addington Road, Glebe Way, High Street, Wickham Road, Shirley Road, Addiscombe Road, Chepstow Road, Fairfield Road, Park Lane, Coombe Road and Coombe Lane and vice versa, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 08 January 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restriction will not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

Temporary Restriction Of Vehicular Traffic
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to replace a telegraph pole on behalf of BT, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Galpin's Road, Thornton Heath.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, Galpin's Road will be closed between its junction with Walden Gardens and the common boundary of Nos. 30 and 32 Galpin's Road.
3. During the closure the alternative routes for traffic will be via Galpin's Road, London Road, Wharfedale Gardens, Lonsdale Gardens and Galpin's Road or via Galpin's Road, Silverleigh Road, Headcorn Road, London Road and Galpin's Road, as appropriately signed. Access will be maintained for residents and cyclists.
4. The Order will come into operation on 05 January 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

Grisedale Gardens. Purley Temporary Restriction Of Vehicular Traffic
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to replace a decayed telegraph pole on behalf of BT, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Grisedale Gardens, Purley.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, Grisedale Gardens will be closed outside No.18. Access to properties will be maintained except for a short period during the removal of the telegraph pole when the works vehicle is in place.
3. The Order will come into operation on 10 January 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. The restriction will not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

High Street. Katharine Street. Fell Road. Scarbrook Road. Surrey Street & St George's Walk Croydon Temporary Restriction Of Traffic & Parking
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new cycle scheme, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in High Street, Katharine Street and Fell Road, restrict parking in Scarbrook Road, and restrict pedestrian traffic in St George' Walk and Fell Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
a) Katharine Street will be closed between its junctions with Fell Road and High Street, Croydon.
b) Surrey Street will be closed at its junction with High Street, Croydon.
c) High Street, Croydon will be closed between its junctions with Katharine Street and Whitgift Street.
d) Fell Road will be made one-way southbound between its junctions with Katharine Street and Mint Walk.
e) One-way working in Scarbrook Road will be suspended to allow two-way traffic.
f) Parking in Scarbrook Road will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time.
g) The cycle lane on High Street, Croydon will be closed between its junctions with George Street and Katharine Street.
h) The eastern footway of St George's Walk will be closed between its junction with Katharine Street and a point opposite the southern wall of Katharine House.
i) The western footway of Fell Road will be closed between its junctions with Mint Walk and Katharine Street.
3. During the closures the diversion routes for vehicular traffic will be as detailed below.
* High Street/Katharine Street Closures - Diversion via Fell Road slip road, the Croydon Flyover, Park Lane, and Katharine Street.
* Surrey Street Closure - To be accessed via Wandle Road and Scarbrook Road.
* Cycle Lane Closure - Cyclists to be diverted onto the footway or main carriageway as appropriately signed.
* Footway Closures - Pedestrians to be diverted via the opposite footway.
4. The Order will come into operation on 04 January 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 17 February 2023. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to
such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
6. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

Temporary Restriction Of Vehicular Traffic
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to replace a telegraph pole on behalf of BT, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Kemerton Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, Kemerton Road will be closed between its junction with Jesmond Road and the common boundary of Nos. 41 and 43 Kemerton Road.
3. During the closure the alternative routes for traffic will be via Jesmond Road, Morland Road and Dartnell Road, or via Jesmond Road, Morland Road, Dartnell Road, Bredon Road and Jesmond Road,
as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 06 January 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restriction will not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, Lebanon Road will be closed between its junctions with Cedar Road and Cart Lodge Mews.
3. During the closure the alternative routes for traffic will be via Leslie Park Road, Cherry Orchard Road, Cedar Road and Lebanon Road, or via Leslie Park Road, Addiscombe Road, Cherry Orchard Road, Cedar Road and Lebanon Road, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 29 December 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restriction will not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
