Application for a Premises Licence

I, Kirsten Neville hereby make an application for a Premises Licence in respect of Riverside, 16 Palmeira Parade, Westcliff-On-Sea, SS0 7RR.

The proposed licensable activities to be provided are the provision of the supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises between 08:00hrs to 23:00hrs Monday to Sunday & Provisions of Late-Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00hrs to 23:30hrs.

Responsible authorities or any person may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 22ND December 2022.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
