Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
Aruba Limited hereby gives notice that an application was made to BCP Council (the Council) on 1 December 2022 for a Premises Licence for Sunset Beach at Aruba, off Pier Approach, Bournemouth, BH2 5AA to permit the licensable activities of sale of alcohol, plays, films, live music, recorded music and performance of dance from 10:00 - 23:00 and late night refreshment from 23:00 - 0500 on and off the premises Monday to Friday in respect of an external beach area between 1 April and 30 September only for a maximum period of 5 years.

The full application may be inspected at the offices of the Council, BCP Council Offices, The Licensing Team, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA during normal office hours or online at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. An interested party or responsible authority may make written representations to the Council by 29 December 2022.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
