Lawson Planning Partnership Ltd, on behalf of Industrial Chemicals Ltd, is applying to Thurrock Council for hazardous substances consent for the erection of a Polyaluminium Chloride Plant and storage building (Class B2/B8), external storage tanks, bunds, vehicular circulation areas, drainage infrastructure and other ancillary works, in line with The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 and The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015 (Regulation 7). The location this planning application relates to is Industrial Chemicals Ltd, Stoneness Road, West Thurrock, RM20 3AG. The Hazardous Substances Authority (from which relevant information can be obtained) will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide on what conditions to grant.
