The County Council of Durham (B6300 Burnigill Bank, Browney) (Temporary Speed Restriction) Order 2022

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to restrict all vehicular traffic from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 mph from a point 230 metres west of the western side of the junction to Sunderland Bridge and westwards for a distance of 620 metres, Browney owing to vehicles passing on-going ground stabilisation works. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed restriction is to commence on 23/12/22 and is anticipated to be required for a period of 3 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for restriction may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
