Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area Application No: 2022/42664 Application Type: Full Planning Location: Victoria House, 27 Victoria Road, Grappenhall and Thelwall, Warrington, WA4 2EN Proposal: Proposed demolition of the single storey side conservatory and construction and alteration of a rear first floor extension and single storey side extension, with associated access, landscaping and infrastructure. Applicant: WH investments Ltd
