Tender Notice to Contractors:

Expressions of Interest are been sought for following works.
Demolishing of existing derelict shed and construction of new
commercial shed, located at rear of 149 Main St, Cross St,
Lisnaskea BT92 0JE.
Planning ref LA10/2022/0121/F
The target finish date is 31 st March 2023
Interested Contractors are required to express their interest to
the following email address jmk_21 @hotmail.com and submit the
following information:
1) Company details to include Registered name, address and contact details;

2) ConstructionLine Registration Number or Certificate;

3) Proof of Public and Employers Liability Insurance. (PL lOmillion, EL lOmillion)

4) CV of at least two projects completed in the last 2-years up to value of £100,000;

Above information should be submitted no later than 5pm on 21/12/2022.
The closing date for tender submissions is 5pm 12/01/2023 The assessment of submissions will be scored on a PASS/FAIL basis and only submissions that Pass will be invited to tender for the works.
