Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council made the PUBLIC FOOTPATH BY31, BYFORD (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2021 temporarily closing the said footpath at OS Grid Reference SO 3923 4311. The closure is required due to an unsafe surface. There is no alternative route. Queries may be directed to

The Order came into operation on 12 December 2022 and continues in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
