Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), and 2(1) to (3), Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To introduce a permanent 'Prohibition of Right-Hand Turn' restriction to prohibit vehicles from making a right hand turn on the A1025, Gilden Way and Mulberry Green in the District of Harlow as follows:
Road Description
A1025 Gilden Way, No person shall cause any vehicle travelling in a south westerly Harlow direction to make a right-hand turn from the A1025, Gilden Way into Mulberry Green.
Mulberry Green, Harlow. No person shall cause any vehicle travelling in an easterly Harlow then south easterly direction to make a right-hand turn from Mulberry Green into the A1025 Gilden Way
There will be an exemption for authorised (Fire and Rescue, Police or Ambulance) vehicles. Subject to public consultation, this Order will revoke 'The Essex County Council (A1025, Gilden Way and Mulberry Green, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Right-Hand Turn) Order 2022' in its entirety, which is in force on the grounds of public safety. (Banks Lane, Theydon Mount) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Banks Lane, Theydon Mount in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 210m northwest then west of its junction with Mount End Road for a distance of approximately 110m in a westerly then northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2023 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2335663 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while guardrail replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Banks Lane, Mount End Road, Mount Road and vice versa.

(Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with School Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd January 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MU026SA291452 -Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer cleaning works are undertaken by Thames Water. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Borders Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Homecraft Gardens for a distance of approximately 35m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2023 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001181934 -Cadent). The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains reinforcement works are undertaken by Cadent. (Hoe Lane, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 850m northwest of its junction with Betts Lane for a distance of approximately 250m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2023 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA005/458590/01 - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while network repair works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited.
An alternative route is available via Hoe Lane, Betts Lane, Nazeing Common, Middle Street and vice versa.

(Low Hill Road, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Low Hill Road, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 250m southwest of its junction with Parkfields for a distance of approximately 110m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2023 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30001273924 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Low Hill Road, Epping Road, Epping Road Roundabout, Water Lane, Tylers Road, Hamlet Hill, Netherhall Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 15th December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Upland Road, North Weald Bassett) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Upland Road, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 225m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410181372 -Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while hydrant repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via High Road, Thornwood Road, Palmers Hill, Lindsey Street, Church Hill, Epping Road, Upland Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 15th December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway and a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.9) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from
15th December 2022, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will
be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access
will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each
location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop
and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in those lengths of roads in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order
